PRICAF ( Priority Care Foundation ) was founded in 2017 by a collective of dedicated individuals who recognized the profound challenges facing families in underserved communities. Motivated by a commitment to meaningful action, they established PRICAF with a clear mission: to strengthen, uplift, and empower those most in need. As a social enterprise and a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, PRICAF operates solely for the purpose of creating positive and lasting impact. Our work is not driven by profit, but by a deep responsibility to support children, teens, young families, individuals with physical challenges, and vulnerable youth across Massachusetts and the Caribbean. Through compassionate care, strategic programs, and community-focused initiatives, PRICAF strives to open pathways to opportunity and independence. We are dedicated to fostering hope, promoting resilience, and helping every individual we serve move toward a future defined by stability, dignity, and possibility.
