PRICAF (Priority Care Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting vulnerable communities across Massachusetts and the Caribbean. Guided by compassion and a deep sense of responsibility, we provide essential care and support to individuals and families facing poverty, hardship, and instability. Our mission is both immediate and long-term: we respond to urgent needs with practical assistance while delivering sustainable programs that foster independence, resilience, and a higher quality of life. A vital part of our work focuses on youth transitioning out of foster care—a population often overlooked yet full of potential. PRICAF offers them safe, welcoming environments and comprehensive support designed to prepare them for adulthood. Through life-skills training, academic and professional guidance, emotional support, and community connection, we empower young people to build confidence, gain stability, and pursue their aspirations.
